Abstract Submission Instructions
Please use the following format for writing you abstract on your PC or MAC computer:
Fill out the administrative information which includes your name, lab/branch, e-mail address, topic category, and title of the abstract.
- Use 11 point Times Roman Font.
- Title of abstract should be bolded. Do not use all caps.
- List first and last name of all authors underlining the presenting author. Do not abbreviate first names.
- List all of the corresponding affiliations and location for each author. Example:
John Smith1, Mary Jones2, Fred Murray1, Patrick Henry3. 1Laboratory of Molecular Pharmacology, CCR, NCI; 2Biology Department, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, New York;
3Benston Institute for Cancer Research, Glasgow, Scotland.
- Skip a line and write the body of your abstract. The length of the abstract including title and authors should not exceed the FARE guidelines of 2500 characters or 250 words. Abstracts exceeding the limit will be returned for editing.
- Comments that are solicited in the Federal Register notice by the sample questions that they follow the directions:
Please note that if you have written comments or would like to respond to the discussion questions in writing, please follow the directions in the Federal register notice and submit those comments to the Federal Docket.
- Save the abstract to your computer and then upload it to the Pediatric Clinical Trials Website.
ABSTRACT DEADLINE IS Thursday, October 1, 2009.

Please note that everyone must register online to attend the Pediatric Clinical Trials. Abstract submission does not automatically register you for the conference. Please click on the Register button and fill out the online registration form. You do not need to re-register when you are submitting your abstract.
